Return & Refund Policy
Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the sandals have not yet been shipped to us.

Once sandals are in transit or received at our shop, cancellations are no longer possible.
Repairs & Services

All repairs are final and non-refundable, as each service is custom and cannot be undone once work has begun.

If you have concerns about the service received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your sandals so we can review the issue.
Workmanship Guarantee

All repairs are covered by our 90-day workmanship guarantee. If any workmanship-related issue arises (sole separation, stitching failure, defective installation), we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage unrelated to our repair, or misuse of the footwear.
Shipping Issues

Customers are responsible for shipping their sandals safely to our shop. If sandals are lost or damaged in transit to us, we are not liable.

Return shipping from our shop back to you is included with your order. If a shipment is lost or damaged on its way back, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
