Return & Refund Policy

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the sandals have not yet been shipped to us.

  • Once sandals are in transit or received at our shop, cancellations are no longer possible.

Repairs & Services

  • All repairs are final and non-refundable, as each service is custom and cannot be undone once work has begun.

  • If you have concerns about the service received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your sandals so we can review the issue.

Workmanship Guarantee

  • All repairs are covered by our 90-day workmanship guarantee. If any workmanship-related issue arises (sole separation, stitching failure, defective installation), we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

  • This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage unrelated to our repair, or misuse of the footwear.

Shipping Issues

  • Customers are responsible for shipping their sandals safely to our shop. If sandals are lost or damaged in transit to us, we are not liable.

  • Return shipping from our shop back to you is included with your order. If a shipment is lost or damaged on its way back, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
