Q: How long does the repair take?

A: Most repairs are completed and shipped back within 7–10 business days. Rush service may be available upon request.


Q: Do you use official Birkenstock materials?

A: Yes. We use original Birkenstock soles when and footbeds when requested, and also offer high-quality Vibram and other great alternatives for extra durability.


Q: Can I ship from anywhere in the U.S.?

A: Absolutely. We accept orders nationwide. Just send your sandals to our Boulder workshop — we’ll ship them back to you once repairs are complete.


Q: What if my sandals need extra work (buckles, cork repair, straps)?

A: You can add those options when placing your order. If we notice additional issues, we’ll contact you before proceeding or you can also add a note in the shipping box for additional repairs you may need.


Q: Do you guarantee your work?

A: Yes. All repairs come with a 90-day workmanship guarantee.


Q: Can you resole other brands?

A: At this time, this site focuses on Birkenstock repairs. However if you have other repairs as well you can add them to your shipping box with a note and we will contact you about those other repairs.

 

Q: Can I have special soles or colors ordered for my repair?

A: At this time we are sticking to soles that are available and tried and true. Some sole options are not available due to being limited addition or discontinued models.

 

Q: Can I ship my own soles to be added on to my shoes?

A: Yes you would need to ship them without placing a direct order on our site to our listed address with a not in the box with what you want done, contact info and return address. Once arrived we will contact you. However soles you provide will not be covered under our 90 - day workmanship guarantee and if rejected by our cobblers you will be responsible for any shipping costs.
